The approvals span a diverse range of specialized activities—including Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), real estate and agricultural private equity funds, reinsurance brokerage, and healthcare administration—underscoring the FRA's mandate to deepen the market, expand regulated investment vehicles, and strengthen institutional oversight.
