ITI Organizes Specialized IoT Training Program at Assiut University
The Information Technology Institute (ITI) has organized a specialized training program in Internet of Things (IoT) at the IoT Lab of Assiut University’s Faculty of Engineering.
The program brought together academic staff from the Faculties of Engineering and Computers and Information at Assiut University, along with participants from Assiut National University, New Assiut Technological University, the Egyptian-German Technological College in Assiut, and Sphinx University.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in IoT technologies, while promoting the adoption of emerging technologies within university environments. It also focused on supporting the learning experience, research projects, and knowledge-sharing efforts among faculty members, students, and researchers.
The program combined theoretical learning with practical applications, giving participants the opportunity to explore modern IoT technologies and applications while exchanging experiences and feedback on the training content.
The initiative is part of the ongoing cooperation between ITI and Assiut University. It reflects ITI’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with universities and higher-education institutions, expand access to specialized technology training, and support digital skills development across Upper Egypt.
ITI also continues to provide specialized IoT learning content through the Mahara-Tech platform, offering additional opportunities for academic professionals and learners to develop their skills in emerging technologies.
