Hisham Talaat Moustafa Named Among Top Travel Leaders in 2026

Forbes Middle East has named Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, to its 2026 list of the region’s top travel and tourism leaders, highlighting the group’s hospitality portfolio and expansion plans.

11-Hotel Hospitality Portfolio

Moustafa joined his family’s company in the 1980s and assumed his current position as CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding in 2017.

The group’s hospitality arm currently operates 11 hotels with more than 3,500 rooms.

Hospitality revenue reached $152.5 million in the first half of 2026, according to the data included in Forbes Middle East’s ranking.

Four Seasons Project Near the Grand Egyptian Museum

Talaat Moustafa Group Holding is also planning to develop a $788 million Four Seasons-branded project next to the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The project is scheduled to open in 2028 and will expand the group’s development pipeline, bringing the total number of rooms in projects under development to 5,000.

Moustafa’s inclusion in Forbes Middle East’s 2026 list of the region’s top travel and tourism leaders comes as Talaat Moustafa Group maintains an operating hotel portfolio alongside projects under development, while its hospitality business recorded $152.5 million in revenue during the first half of the year.
