InteLogix Launches in Egypt, Plans 10-Fold Expansion of Local Workforce

InteLogix Launches Egypt Operations, Plans Major Workforce Expansion

U.S.-based InteLogix has officially begun its operations in Egypt, marking a new step in the company’s global expansion strategy and strengthening the country’s position as a regional hub for outsourced business and technology services.

The company plans to increase its Egyptian workforce from around 135 employees to approximately 1,365 professionals over the next three years, representing a tenfold expansion.

ITIDA CEO Eng. Ahmed Elzaher inaugurated InteLogix’s new headquarters in New Cairo alongside Mario Baddour, President and CEO of InteLogix, and Eng. Tarek Zeidan, Vice President for EMEA and Managing Director of Egypt Operations.

The new Egyptian operation will deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions, business process services, IT support, and managed cybersecurity services to customers in the United States and Europe.

InteLogix’s Cairo-based team will support international clients in six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.

The company’s entry into the Egyptian market follows its acquisition of local firm Athear, reflecting a growing model in which international companies expand their global capabilities by integrating established Egyptian businesses into their international service networks.

With InteLogix joining the market, Egypt’s offshoring sector now includes 252 export-oriented companies, among them 177 international firms, employing around 195,300 professionals who provide services to global markets.

The expansion highlights Egypt’s growing role in attracting international investment, creating high-value employment opportunities, and delivering technology-enabled services to customers worldwide.
