ACT Financial Acquires Commercial and Administrative Units in New Cairo’s URBN-K for EGP 203.4M
ACT Financial has officially signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of commercial and administrative units within the URBN-K development (Building A), situated in the Creek area of New Cairo.
According to a regulatory disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the total value of the transaction stands at approximately EGP 203.43 million.

The property acquisition follows the company's financial results reported for the first half of 2026:
Net Performance: ACT Financial recorded a consolidated net loss of EGP 197.7 million in H1 2026, compared to a net profit of EGP 1.02 billion during the corresponding period of 2025.
Revenues: Total revenue for the six-month period stood at EGP 192.9 million, down from EGP 1.22 billion in H1 2025.
