City Edge Developments Signs MoU with Modon Misr for Facility Management in New Alamein
City Edge Developments has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Modon Misr Asset and Facilities Management to provide integrated facility management and security services across several of City Edge’s developments in New Alamein City. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and elevate service standards for residents and clients.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Tamer Nasser, CEO of City Edge Developments, and Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Abou Taleb, CEO of Modon Misr Asset and Facilities Management, as part of both companies' strategy to establish a strategic alliance delivering specialized asset and facility operation solutions.
Integrated Management for Mazarine Apartments
The initial phase of the collaboration covers integrated facility management services for the "Mazarine Apartments" project in New Alamein City. These services include security, guarding, cleaning, landscape maintenance, pest control, and waste management, alongside full-scale engineering maintenance covering civil and electromechanical works.
Security Services at Latin City
The agreement also encompasses comprehensive security and guarding services for the "Latin City" project in New Alamein City, designed to maintain a secure and well-organized environment for residents and visitors in line with optimal operational benchmarks.
Detailed responsibilities, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical, commercial, and financial terms will be established through separate service contracts between both parties. According to the MoU, the binding service agreement is set to be signed within 30 days. The memorandum will remain effective for three years, laying the groundwork for long-term collaboration in managing urban communities.
