Huawei Egypt Offers Original Battery Replacements From EGP 350 in New Service Campaign
Huawei is giving owners of selected smartphones and tablets in Egypt a lower-cost route to extend the life of their devices, launching a battery replacement campaign with original batteries starting from EGP 350.
The campaign runs until August 31 and is available through Huawei’s authorized service centers, where eligible devices can have their batteries replaced by specialized technicians using genuine Huawei parts.
Customers will also receive a 180-day warranty on the repair starting from the date they collect their devices after service.
The offer is aimed particularly at users whose devices remain functional but have begun to suffer from declining battery performance, providing an alternative to replacing the entire phone or tablet.
Extending device life instead of replacing it
Battery degradation is one of the most common reasons users begin considering a new device even when the rest of the hardware is still working properly.
Huawei’s latest campaign is designed around that point, reducing the cost of replacing one of the components most affected by long-term daily use.
The company says battery installation will be carried out directly at participating authorized service centers, with technicians following Huawei’s technical standards.
Users are advised to visit or contact their nearest authorized service center to confirm whether their device model is included in the campaign and to check the applicable replacement price before proceeding.
The EGP 350 figure represents the starting price, meaning the final cost may vary depending on the smartphone or tablet model.
After-sales service becomes part of the competition
Huawei says after-sales support remains a central part of its consumer strategy in Egypt, with the company increasingly using maintenance campaigns to keep older devices in service for longer.
The battery offer follows earlier initiatives covering discounted battery replacements, broken screen-glass services and other maintenance benefits available through Huawei service points and Experience Stores.
The company’s consumer business team in Egypt sees these programs as a way to strengthen customer retention beyond the original device purchase, particularly as users keep smartphones for longer and place greater value on repairability and dependable service.
The campaign also includes additional free offers during its validity period, although availability may vary by service center and device eligibility.
For Huawei, the proposition is straightforward: rather than asking users with an aging battery to replace an otherwise usable device, the company is trying to make a certified repair cheaper and easier to access.
With the campaign ending on August 31, however, customers interested in the EGP 350 starting price have only a short window to confirm whether their devices qualify.
