CONNECT PS Heads to LEAP 2026 as Saudi Expansion Enters Its Next Phase
CONNECT Professional Services (CONNECT PS) is returning to LEAP for a third consecutive year as the technology services company looks to build on a decade of operations in Saudi Arabia and position AI-powered, integrated workplaces at the center of its next phase of regional growth.
The company will join Cisco at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh from August 31 to September 3, showcasing its Future-Proofed Workplaces portfolio, which brings together enterprise communications, digital collaboration, customer experience, artificial intelligence and security.
For CONNECT PS, however, this year’s participation is about more than showcasing technology. The company sees LEAP as an opportunity to deepen its position in Saudi Arabia, where it has operated since 2016, while accelerating a broader transition from local markets toward a stronger regional footprint.
“Saudi Arabia is one of the key markets in our growth and expansion strategy,” said Nadia Khalifa, Head of Marketing and Partner Relations at CONNECT Professional Services.
Khalifa said the company’s Saudi business has expanded over the past decade alongside its relationships with customers and technology partners, making the Kingdom an increasingly important part of CONNECT PS’s regional ambitions.
Beyond standalone technology
That expansion is also changing the model CONNECT PS wants to take to customers.
Rather than approaching enterprise transformation through individual technology products, the company is developing a more integrated proposition combining technology, services and consulting, drawing on its accumulated experience as it expands into regional markets.
Khalifa said businesses are increasingly looking for platforms capable of solving wider operational challenges rather than separate technology solutions.
This shift is behind CONNECT PS’s focus on “Future-Proofed Workplaces”, a concept built around connecting communications, collaboration, AI and security within a common enterprise environment.
The aim is to give organizations greater flexibility as working models evolve, while improving productivity and the experiences delivered to employees and customers.
AI and automation are expected to become increasingly important within that model as businesses look for practical ways to translate emerging technologies into measurable operational gains.
Khalifa expects the next phase of workplace technology to place greater emphasis on AI, automation and user and customer experience, with enterprise technology investment increasingly judged by business outcomes rather than the number of new tools deployed.
Cisco partnership takes center stage at LEAP
CONNECT PS will exhibit within Cisco’s booth, extending a strategic relationship between the two companies and giving CONNECT PS a platform to demonstrate how communications, collaboration, customer experience and AI technologies can operate as part of an integrated workplace architecture.
The company’s return comes as LEAP itself has grown rapidly into one of the region’s largest technology gatherings. The 2025 edition attracted more than 1,800 exhibitors, around 680 startups and over 1,000 speakers and international experts.
Khalifa said the scale of the event reflects Saudi Arabia’s growing role as a regional and international hub for technology, innovation and digital transformation.
For CONNECT PS, that makes Riyadh a natural stage for its next growth chapter.
