ITI Holds Graduation Project Evaluation for Game Development Trainees
The Information Technology Institute (ITI) hosted an evaluation event for graduation projects developed by trainees in its Game Development track, part of the Professional Training Program. The event, held at ITI's headquarters in Smart Village, brought together leading game industry experts and professionals in Egypt.
Students presented 146 projects spanning party games, virtual reality (VR), thriller games, and exploration, investigation, and survival titles. The lineup also included educational games and training simulations featuring AI-powered virtual characters. Leveraging technologies such as Unity, Unreal Engine, AI, and VR, some projects drew inspiration from Egypt's rich cultural heritage, while others focused on interactive and narrative-driven experiences.
The projects underwent a thorough evaluation by leading game developers in Egypt, including Instinct Games, Cube Consultants, Games Bond Studio, and AN Games Studio. Beyond the evaluation process, these companies provided technical guidance, shared industry expertise, and offered feedback to help students refine their ideas throughout the development phase.
These projects highlight the exceptional talent of young Egyptians and reflect ITI's ongoing work to help trainees turn their technical education into scalable, real-world projects. The event aligns with ITI's broader efforts to build a new generation of developers equipped to compete internationally, strengthen Egypt's game development industry, and expand the country's footprint in the global market.
