CI Capital Holding Reports Strong Financial Results in H1 2026, with Revenues and NPATM Reaching EGP 5.5bn & EGP 942mn, Respectively, while Group AUMs Record EGP 196.2bn ($4bn)
● Strong operational performance driven by sustained growth across the Group’s platforms
● Revenues rose 11% y-o-y and NPATM increased 21% y-o-y, delivering 23.8% RoAE, among the very highest within the sector

CI Capital Holding (CICH.CA), a leading diversified financial services group (the “Group”), announced today its H1 2026 financial results, reporting a strong set of numbers and KPIs, driven by sustained growth across its asset management, investment banking, and NBFS platforms. The Group recorded EGP 5.5bn in revenues and EGP 942mn in net profit after tax and minority interest (NPATM). CI Capital’s on-balance sheet lending portfolio expanded by 33% y-o-y, reaching EGP 31bn, while achieving a RoAE of 23.8%, among the very highest within the sector.
“CI Capital’s financial results for the first half of 2026 demonstrate robust and sustainable operational performance across the Group. Despite ongoing geopolitical tensions and economic volatility, CI Capital has maintained its strong growth trajectory and delivered solid operational progress, underscoring the Group’s agility and robust capabilities, as well as reinforcing its leading position as one of the sector’s most efficient and profitable financial services players,” stated Mahmoud Attalla, the Group’s Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
“Throughout H1 2026, CI Capital delivered robust growth across its diverse financial services platforms, with sustained expansion of both the buy-side and sell-side businesses, including asset management and private equity, as well as its comprehensive investment banking activities. On the sell-side, the Group generated EGP 729mn in revenues, a 26% uptick, and a notable 45% increase to EGP 258mn in NPATM, with a 5.1% overall securities market share. At the same time, the buy-side, including CIAM and CIPE, achieved a remarkable expansion in combined AUMs, reaching EGP 196.2bn. CIAM recorded yet another historic milestone, reaching EGP 183.6bn in AUMs (+80% y-o-y), supported by continued product expansion across multiple asset classes. Meanwhile, CIPE reached EGP 12.6bn in total AUMs, supported by the performance of the Awa’ed Fund and the C3 PIPE Fund, while generating EGP 66mn in revenues and EGP 36mn in net profit, a performance that reflects our disciplined focus on quality, profitability, and sustainable growth in a highly competitive market,” commented Hesham Gohar, Group CEO of CI Capital.
“CIPE enters H2 2026 with strong momentum and a diversified pipeline, with Q3 fundraising expected to accelerate through the anticipated closing of Awa’ed Fund’s second issuance, the C3 PIPE Fund, and the Distressed Industrial Fund, expanding its platform across real estate, infrastructure, distressed assets, and SME strategies and unlocking new growth opportunities,” added Gohar.
Corplease delivered exceptional growth with a 52% y-o-y surge in new bookings, which recorded EGP 9.6bn, as of H1 2026. The total outstanding portfolio reached EGP 21.3bn, reflecting a 35% y-o-y increase. The revenues reached a total of EGP 2.5bn, corresponding to a 5% y-o-y increase, while the net profit after tax reached EGP 465mn, during the same period.
CI Mortgage Finance also delivered impressive momentum, ending H1 2026 with a 58% y-o-y increase in its outstanding portfolio, which stood at EGP 5.2bn. The company extended EGP 1.2bn in new bookings during the period, while revenues climbed 20% y-o-y to EGP 505mn, and net profit after tax reached EGP 50mn.
Reefy Microfinance Enterprise Services continued to expand its footprint and client base, extending EGP 2.1bn in new bookings during H1 2026, a 13% y-o-y increase. The company’s branch network reached 224 branches, serving 121k customers across 22 governorates.
CI Capital’s Investment Bank delivered a powerful performance during H1 2026, with revenues reaching EGP 1.216bn, a 56% increase y-o-y. CI Capital Brokerage (CIBC) achieved total revenues of EGP 603mn; CIAM reported a 108% y-o-y increase in revenues to reach EGP 420mn; and CIPE’s total revenues reached EGP 66mn, while total Group AUMs reached an all-time high of EGP 196.2bn, a remarkable 89% y-o-y growth. CI Investment Banking (CIIB) continued to excel in terms of performance and deal executions during H1 2026, successfully concluding five transactions spanning ECM, DCM, and private markets, with an aggregate deal value reaching EGP 15.3bn.
