NUCA Offers 94 Investment Land Plots Worth EGP 15.05 Billion Across 29 Cities in August

 The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has officially rolled out an offering of 94 investment land plots spanning 29 new cities during the current month of August.

This significant land offering is part of the broader investment opportunities provided by the authority to support various commercial, residential, and industrial activities. According to official estimates, the total value of the offered plots approaches approximately EGP 15.05 billion.
