GAFI to Launch Unified Digital Portal Featuring a 24/7 Multilingual AI Assistant for Investors
The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) is preparing to launch its newly revamped web portal. The comprehensive platform consolidates all of the Authority's services and digital tools into a single hub, featuring a 24/7 multilingual smart assistant designed to support investors and address their inquiries in real-time.
Dr. Mohamed Awad, Chief Executive Officer of GAFI, chaired a meeting with the portal's development team to review the final upgraded version and assess its readiness for the official launch. The meeting was attended by Yasser Abbas and Dr. Eman Mansour, Deputy CEOs of the Authority.
This digital leap aligns with the directives of Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, to continuously upgrade investor services, accelerate digital transformation, and elevate the quality of government services, ultimately enhancing Egypt's investment climate and global competitiveness.
