Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative – Self-Learning Program
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for the Self-Learning Program of the Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative (DECI). The program is open to students from the first year of preparatory school to the second year of secondary school across Egypt and abroad. Delivered online over five consecutive months, the program is offered in both Arabic and English. It features theoretical content, applied projects, and specialized training sessions tailored to each training level, alongside quizzes, interactive activities, and video-based learning materials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Egyptian nationality, aged 12–18
- A score of 70–89% in each of the following subjects: mathematics, science, and English
- Access to a computer and a stable Internet connection throughout the training period
- Basic computer skills and the ability to engage in self-paced online learning
- Agreement by students and their parents or guardians to comply with program rules and conditions
