Beltone Holding Shares Rise 3.7% in July, Market Value Nears EGP 33 Billion

Shares of Beltone Holding posted solid gains on the Egyptian Exchange during July, rising 3.7% over the month and adding nearly EGP 1.2 billion to the company's market capitalization.

The stock closed the month at EGP 3.06 per share, up from EGP 2.95 at the end of June, representing a monthly gain of 3.73%.

The rally lifted Beltone's market value to approximately EGP 32.8 billion, compared with EGP 31.6 billion a month earlier, bringing the company closer to the EGP 33 billion milestone.

Trading activity remained strong throughout the month, with around 1.44 billion shares changing hands in transactions worth approximately EGP 4.45 billion, reflecting sustained investor interest in the financial services group's stock.

Beltone has an issued capital of EGP 21.44 billion, divided into approximately 10.72 billion shares, with a par value of EGP 2 per share.

According to the latest shareholder structure, Chimera Investment SPV Restricted Limited remains the company's largest shareholder with a 56.54% stake, followed by Act Financial with 7.31%, while businessman Ahmed Hamdy Abou Hashima holds approximately 5.06%. The remaining shares are held by institutional and individual investors.

The positive market performance comes as Beltone continues to expand its financial services platform following a period of rapid growth in its financing and investment businesses, reinforcing investor confidence in the company's long-term expansion strategy.
