Orange Egypt and Nokia Launch Six-Week Summer Training Program
Orange Egypt and Nokia have opened applications for a six-week summer training program designed to give university students and recent graduates practical experience across telecommunications and digital technology fields.
The 2026 program, delivered through the Orange Digital Center, is scheduled to begin on August 3 and will combine technical instruction with hands-on work intended to prepare participants for careers in the technology and telecom industries.
Trainees will work on real-world projects alongside specialist teams and take part in workshops and mentoring sessions led by industry experts. The program will also focus on professional development, teamwork and turning technical ideas into practical solutions.
The training tracks cover mobile networks from 2G to 5G, radio network planning and optimization, core and IP networks, cloud computing, fixed and optical networks, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Participants will also receive exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering and analytics, cybersecurity, web development, digital transformation and Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies.
The two companies said the initiative forms part of their efforts to develop young Egyptian talent and build a new generation of specialists equipped to keep pace with rapid changes across the telecommunications and digital technology sectors.
