Al Hejaz Gardens Targets EGP 15 Billion in Sales as Expansion Drive Gains Momentum
Al Hejaz Gardens Developments is targeting EGP 15 billion in contracted sales over the coming year as the company accelerates its expansion strategy with a pipeline of new residential and mixed-use projects across Greater Cairo.
The growth plan coincides with the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Samir El Desouky as Chief Commercial Officer, a move aimed at strengthening the company's commercial operations and supporting its next phase of expansion.
The developer is preparing to launch five new projects, including Lamar, a residential development in Maadi, The Sign, a commercial and administrative project, a fully integrated residential compound in New Cairo, and two additional developments in Sheikh Zayed, reflecting the company's strategy of expanding into high-demand real estate markets.
El Desouky said the company is well positioned to accelerate growth, citing more than three decades of experience in Egypt's real estate sector, a diversified project portfolio, and a development strategy focused on delivering products that meet the evolving needs of homebuyers and investors.
The expansion comes as competition intensifies among Egyptian developers seeking to capitalize on sustained demand for residential and mixed-use projects, with companies increasingly broadening their geographic footprint while strengthening commercial capabilities to support higher sales volumes.
