Qodwa-Tech Equips 330 Women Entrepreneurs with Digital Marketing, AI Skills
Qodwa-Tech, a national initiative for women's empowerment, resumed its training programs in July with new cohorts focused on digital marketing skills for women entrepreneurs, helping them expand into new markets through digital platforms and bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 330.
Training for the "AI for Digital Marketing and E-Commerce" track ran from July 12 to 18, while morning and evening sessions for the "AI for Visual Content Creation" track were held on July 18 and 19.
Specialists and experts delivered the training remotely, with 21 hours of instruction spread across seven sessions per cohort. Some sessions were held in partnership with applied technology schools and Egypt Gold School of Applied Technology, as part of broader efforts to expand digital skills training.
The programs trained participants to use AI tools in producing professional marketing videos, from identifying target audiences to crafting compelling marketing content in Egyptian Arabic. Participants also learned to produce promotional clips and add voiceovers and sound effects using tools such as DreamFace, Google AI Studio, LTX Studio, and Veo 3.
The training reflects Qodwa-Tech's continued focus on helping women entrepreneurs keep pace with rapid advances in AI, strengthening the competitiveness of their businesses, improving their digital marketing capabilities, and supporting sustainable growth.
Qodwa-Tech works to empower women economically and socially through ICT, preparing them to engage with digital transformation in an environment that promotes equality and equal opportunity. Its objectives include providing technical and knowledge-based support to help women pursue freelance work across various productive and service sectors.
