IGI Developments and Kulture Developments, two prominent leaders in the real estate sector, have officially signed a joint cooperation agreement to launch a major commercial, administrative, and medical project in West Cairo. Strategically situated directly on the Dahshur Link in 6th of October City, the new development is backed by an estimated investment of EGP 5 billion.
This agreement is a continuation of the successful, long-term strategic partnership between the two developers. The overarching goal of their alliance is to transform strategic real estate assets into vibrant, sustainable hubs that comprehensively serve their surrounding communities.

To ensure strict adherence to development timelines and financial transparency, IGI and Kulture have officially partnered with Suez Canal Bank to manage the project's escrow accounts and provide robust financial guarantee solutions.

The signing ceremony was hosted at the headquarters of Kulture Developments. The agreement was formally executed by Eng. Sherif Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of IGI Developments, and Mohamed Abdel Hamid, CEO of Kulture Developments. Key board members were also in attendance, including Khaled Sheta, Chairman of IGI, and Eng. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Awwad, Chairman of Kulture.
