Foreign and Arab Currencies Hold Steady Against the Egyptian Pound on Monday, July 20, 2026

Foreign and Arab currencies remained largely stable against the Egyptian pound in banking transactions on Monday, July 20, 2026, according to the latest official exchange rates.

The U.S. dollar was quoted at EGP 51.10 for buying and EGP 51.20 for selling, while the euro stood at EGP 58.3818 for buying and EGP 58.6343 for selling.

The British pound sterling recorded EGP 68.6120 for buying and EGP 69.0176 for selling. Meanwhile, the Saudi riyal was traded at EGP 13.6055 for buying and EGP 13.6519 for selling, and the UAE dirham reached EGP 13.8992 for buying and EGP 13.9411 for selling.

The Kuwaiti dinar was the highest-valued Arab currency, trading at EGP 159.3125 for buying and EGP 169.5926 for selling.
