B.TECH Expands After-Sales Strategy with New ‘TECH CARE’ Service Ecosystem
B.TECH is broadening its customer experience strategy with the launch of TECH CARE, a comprehensive after-sales service platform designed to strengthen customer support beyond the point of purchase and reinforce its position in Egypt's consumer electronics retail market.
The initiative reflects the retailer's growing focus on customer retention through value-added services, as competition in the electronics sector increasingly shifts from pricing to long-term customer engagement and after-sales support.
TECH CARE brings together a range of services under one umbrella, including product protection plans, maintenance services, smartphone wrapping, laptop repairs, installation and setup for televisions and electronic devices, as well as preventive maintenance for air conditioners.

The platform also introduces practical services aimed at improving convenience, including temporary storage of purchased products until customers are ready to receive them, alongside express delivery through B.TECH's nationwide network of more than 70 stores.
According to the company, the new ecosystem is built around analyzing customer behavior and feedback to deliver more personalized services and improve every stage of the ownership experience, from product selection to maintenance and technical support.
