‏NTI Partners with Benha National University to Power Egypt Digital Talent Pipeline

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed a cooperation protocol with Benha National University to support its educational offerings, build digital skills among students and graduates, and better position them for careers in the ICT sector.

The agreement is the latest step in NTI's broader push to build out a network of university partnerships across Egypt, part of a wider effort to produce digitally skilled graduates who can keep up with fast-moving technology and contribute to the country's digital transformation goals.

As one of the training arms of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), the Institute brings deep insight into what the job market requires, along with the experience to design training programs that reflect the latest technological developments.

Under the protocol, the two sides will roll out specialized training programs tailored to the needs of specific faculties and academic tracks, with the aim of strengthening students' technical and practical skills so they are better equipped to compete for jobs at home and abroad. The partnership also covers joint research projects, academic supervision of graduation projects, and a shared calendar of conferences, seminars, and workshops, all designed to bring academic study closer to real-world application and advance research and innovation at both institutions.

The agreement serves as a model for how universities and training institutions can work together, tying academic programs more closely to developments in the ICT sector and helping strengthen the standing of Egyptian graduates in an increasingly competitive job market.
