"Be more responsive and supportive of our clients by providing swift replies, accurate information, and the necessary technical support. Guide everyone inquiring about real estate tax application step-by-step so they can access the services they need electronically."

Furthermore, Kouchouk called on the workforce to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to simplify and streamline procedures for tax and real estate service recipients. He stressed the importance of conducting periodic analyses of customer inquiries, converting them into guidelines, and integrating them into tax awareness campaigns.

The Minister reiterated that development and improvement are continuous processes that begin and end with customers. He emphasized that every effort must be made to gain their trust and satisfaction through additional incentives and facilities, expressing his absolute confidence in the youth's ability to drive a positive transformation in the national tax landscape.
