In a major move to transform the urban landscape of East Cairo, Heliopolis Housing and Development (HHD) has officially finalized the architectural designs for a massive 75-acre integrated entertainment, commercial, and hospitality project in New Heliopolis City.
Dr. Eng. Sameh El-Sayed, Managing Director and CEO of HHD, announced that the landmark development is projected to carry an investment cost of approximately EGP 5 billion.

Further Expansions on the Horizon: In addition to the mega-project, Dr. El-Sayed revealed that HHD is in the final stages of sealing a new partnership agreement with a leading real estate developer. This upcoming contract will focus on developing a premium 25-acre plot located strategically on the Suez Road, directly adjacent to the company's existing successful joint venture with "G Development."
