National Initiative for Smart Green Projects – Round 4
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is inviting applicants to Round 4 of the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects (NISGP), implemented in collaboration with several ministries and national entities. The initiative aims to expand the scope of green projects and strengthen private sector engagement to ensure sustainability and scalability, supporting the country’s transition toward a more resilient and sustainable economy.
The initiative is open to companies, individuals, and institutions, targeting smart green projects across six categories:
- Large-scale projects
- Medium-sized projects
- Small local projects
- Projects by start-ups
- Women-related, climate change- and sustainability-focused projects
- Non-profit community initiatives and engagements.
Participants benefit from a range of opportunities, including collaboration with funding entities and UN organizations, in addition to showcasing qualified projects at NISGP National Conference, which features 18 projects, with three projects representing each category. The top three winners will receive financial awards and opportunities to participate in several local, regional, and international conferences and events, including the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP31), scheduled to be held in Turkey this November.
