The greenback dropped by approximately 90 piasters across the majority of banks operating in the local market, marking distinct gaps from previous closing levels, while rates stabilized in a limited number of institutions.
Lowest Market Rates The Industrial Development Bank (IDB) registered the lowest rate in the banking sector, standing at EGP 50.95 for purchase and EGP 51.05 for sale, making it the most cost-effective window during today's trading.
Following closely, a large cluster of banks—including EG Bank, Egyptian Arab Land Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB Egypt), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB Egypt), Al Baraka Bank, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Bank of Alexandria, and Emirates NBD Egypt—quoted the dollar at EGP 51.00 for purchase and EGP 51.10 for sale.

MIDBANK & AAIB: The dollar reached EGP 51.05 for purchase and EGP 51.15 for sale.
Banque Misr & The United Bank: Rates stood at EGP 51.07 for purchase and EGP 51.17 for sale.
Crédit Agricole Egypt: The rate slid to EGP 51.10 for purchase and EGP 51.20 for sale.
National Bank of Egypt (NBE), KFH Egypt, & Faisal Islamic Bank: The currency hovered at EGP 51.15 for purchase and EGP 51.25 for sale.
Arab International Bank (AIB): The dollar dropped to EGP 51.17 for purchase and EGP 51.27 for sale.
saib Bank: Rates reached EGP 51.20 for purchase and EGP 51.30 for sale.
NBK Egypt: Despite sliding from previous sessions, the dollar stood at EGP 51.30 for purchase and EGP 51.40 for sale.
Highest Market Rates The highest pricing for the US dollar during today's session was recorded at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB Egypt), Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK Egypt), and Suez Canal Bank, posting EGP 51.95 for purchase and EGP 52.05 for sale. Meanwhile, Housing and Development Bank (HDB), Bank Next, and HSBC Egypt trailed closely behind at EGP 51.93 for purchase and EGP 52.03 for sale.
