realme Launches 16 Series in Egypt, Bringing AI-Powered Photography and Flagship Performance to More Users
realme has officially launched its new realme 16 Series in the Egyptian market, introducing the flagship realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in one of the region’s most competitive smartphone markets.
The launch comes shortly after the company announced Egyptian football star Emam Ashour as its official brand ambassador, underscoring realme’s focus on connecting with younger consumers through technology, performance, and lifestyle-driven experiences.
At the forefront of the new lineup is the realme 16 Pro+, which introduces what the company describes as the segment’s first 200MP Full-Focal Portrait Master Camera. The device is designed to elevate smartphone photography through a versatile portrait system that supports multiple focal lengths and advanced zoom capabilities.
The smartphone features a periscope telephoto lens capable of capturing portrait images at 1x, 3.5x, and 10x zoom levels, while an AI-powered Portrait Fill Light automatically adjusts lighting conditions to enhance image quality and deliver more natural-looking portraits in challenging environments.

According to the company, the processor delivers flagship-level performance and achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding one million points, enabling smooth operation across demanding applications and mobile gaming scenarios.
One of the standout features across the entire series is a large 7,000mAh battery paired with 80W fast charging technology, providing extended battery life and rapid charging capabilities designed to meet the needs of heavy smartphone users.
