Mohamed El-Mofty at CAISEC 2026: Cybersecurity is a Core Pillar to Protect Digital Transformation Gains and Boost Egypt”s Regional Competitiveness

Delivering his opening remarks at the Information Security and Cybersecurity Conference (CAISEC 2026), El-Mofty highlighted that Egypt has made tangible strides across various digital transformation tracks in recent years. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), the country continues to play a pivotal role in bolstering the digital economy, building human capacities, and cementing its status as a regional hub for digital services.
