Vezeeta Participates in ‘Khatwa 26’ Employment Fair to Support Inclusive Hiring for Persons with Disabilities
Vezeeta, the leading digital healthcare platform in the Middle East and Africa, has announced its participation in the “Khatwa 26” employment fair. Organized by the Helm Foundation, Khatwa 26 is Egypt’s largest inclusive employment platform dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
This year’s summit is held under the auspices of several ministries, governmental bodies, private sector institutions, and civil society organizations. Key backers include the Ministries of Social Solidarity, Labor, Youth and Sports, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Education and Technical Education, and Communications and Information Technology. The event is also supported by the "Qaderoun B Ekhtelaf" Fund, AlexBank, and the Drosos Foundation. Hosted at The Greek Campus in Downtown Cairo, the fair features the attendance of senior government officials and representatives from highly influential NGOs to enrich expertise and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Vezeeta’s participation aligns seamlessly with its core vision that opportunities are a universal right. The company firmly believes that every individual, without discrimination, deserves a fair and suitable employment opportunity that unlocks their full potential. Through its presence at the event, Vezeeta emphasizes the necessity for companies and institutions to create genuine spaces that accommodate diverse talents and cater to their unique circumstances.
Connecting Talent with Opportunity The "Khatwa 26" fair aims to connect job seekers with over 40 leading companies offering thousands of real employment opportunities across Egypt to foster a comprehensive and inclusive work environment. Vezeeta’s values fully converge with this vision; the company maintains that building a sustainable corporate community requires serious initiatives that allow PwD job seekers to discover genuine career paths within organizations that value their capabilities and support their professional growth.
Dr. Ola Ali El-Din, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Vezeeta, commented:"We are proud to participate in the 'Khatwa 26' employment fair, which stems from our belief in the shared responsibility to cultivate a flexible and welcoming work environment for all. Every human being deserves to find a job that matches their ambitions and values their potential, regardless of their circumstances. It is the duty of the business sector to provide these equitable spaces to support true inclusion and diversity."
During the fair, Vezeeta will be welcoming applicants at its dedicated booth. The company invites PwD job seekers to explore exceptional career opportunities within the tech and digital healthcare sectors, focusing entirely on the unique skills and potential of each candidate. Vezeeta calls upon all job seekers to visit its booth and collaboratively contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable labor market for all segments of society.
