MIDBANK Unveils ‘MID Academy’ 2026 Summer Internship for University Students
MIDBANK has officially announced the launch of its 2026 summer internship program, branded as "MID Academy." The initiative is a core component of the bank’s corporate strategy to develop and qualify young talent, providing practical, hands-on training opportunities for university students looking to acquire professional experience within the Egyptian banking sector.
Program Timeline and Academic Eligibility The financial institution clarified that the training modules will commence in July and run through the end of August 2026. The structure features an initial two-day orientation and preparation program engineered to sharpen the practical and interpersonal soft skills mandated by the modern financial market while introducing participants to corporate banking environments.
MIDBANK noted that the academy targets second- and third-year undergraduate students enrolled in universities accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities. Eligible applicants must be pursuing degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics and Political Science, Information Technology, or Law. Additionally, candidates must be enrolled in English or French-medium departments and maintain a cumulative academic grade of no less than "Good."
Application Protocols and Criteria To secure enrollment, the bank has mandated the submission of specific documentation, including an official enrollment certificate or a transcript verifying the student's academic year and cumulative grade point average, a copy of the national identification card, a recent passport-sized photograph, and an updated curriculum vitae (CV).
MIDBANK has invited eligible students to route their applications via the designated corporate email portal: [email protected]. The hard deadline for receiving digital applications is fixed for June 7, 2026. The bank explicitly noted that incomplete submissions, files routed past the deadline, or applications presented by hand will be automatically disqualified.
