Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Randa El-Menshawy, will participate tomorrow in the "Egypt's Future: Investment Opportunities and Sustainable Economic Reform" conference, organized by the Egyptian British Business Association (BEBA) from June 3-5, 2026, in London. This participation is part of the state's efforts to strengthen economic partnerships and promote the promising investment opportunities offered by the Egyptian economy.
During her participation, Minister El-Menshawy will present the National Urban Development Strategy, investment opportunities available in new cities, and mechanisms for public-private partnerships in various urban development sectors. She will also highlight promising opportunities for investors, developers, and international companies seeking to expand in the Egyptian market.
The Minister will also discuss investment incentives offered in the real estate sector, as well as the state's efforts in implementing sustainable infrastructure projects and expanding the development of integrated, planned urban communities according to the latest international standards. These initiatives support sustainable development and enhance the attractiveness of the Egyptian market for investment.
