Ultimate Performance Launches Priority Onboarding Program in Dubai Ahead of Summer Season
Ultimate Performance (U.P.), the global personal training company, has launched a new priority onboarding initiative at its Dubai facilities to help residents regain fitness momentum ahead of the summer travel season.
The new offer is available at the company’s DIFC and Dubai Marina locations and comes as many Dubai residents seek to re-establish healthy routines following a period of regional uncertainty and disruption.
According to the company, the approaching summer months are driving increased demand from professionals looking to improve both physical fitness and mental wellbeing before outdoor activity declines during peak summer heat and travel schedules intensify in July and August.
Ultimate Performance said many clients are increasingly frustrated by inconsistent routines, lack of accountability, and generic fitness approaches that fail to deliver sustainable results.
Jerome Zheng, Certified Personal Trainer and Gym Manager at Ultimate Performance Dubai, said residents across Dubai are looking to regain control over their health and routines.
“People in Dubai are looking to return to routines that make them feel healthy, confident, and in control again,” Zheng said. “They want to own their summer and feel physically and mentally at their best.”
He added that there is a significant difference between short-term weight loss and building a strong, athletic physique capable of delivering lasting physical and mental transformation.
The company noted that many new clients arrive after unsuccessful experiences with commercial gyms, AI-generated fitness programs, crash diets, or reliance on GLP-1 weight loss medications without achieving meaningful long-term results.
Ultimate Performance said its approach focuses on combining structured strength training, precise nutrition plans, and continuous accountability through its proprietary U.P. Method.
Unlike traditional gym models, the company positions its service as a “fitness concierge” solution tailored for busy professionals, offering one-to-one coaching that covers training, nutrition, recovery, stress management, sleep optimization, and habit tracking.
The company also revealed that its coaches monitor more than 50 performance and lifestyle data points through a dedicated digital coaching application designed to optimize client progress.
Jerome Zheng said many professionals in Dubai are already investing time in fitness-related activities but still struggle to achieve visible results due to the absence of structure and personalized guidance.
“A lot of busy professionals are already investing time into trying to get fit, whether that’s going to the gym, joining running clubs, or staying socially active, but they’re still not achieving the results they want because they lack structure, precision, and accountability,” he said.
Ultimate Performance added that its model is specifically designed to suit demanding work schedules, with the average client reportedly training only 2.7 hours per week.
“Dubai is one of the most ambitious cities in the world, and people here want results that match the standards they hold in the rest of their lives,” Zheng added. “They don’t want gimmicks. They want expert guidance, efficient training, and a system that fits around demanding careers, travel schedules, and social commitments.”
Founded in 2009, Ultimate Performance has completed more than 30,000 body transformations across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, positioning itself as one of the world’s leading personal training companies.
As part of the summer campaign, the company announced that clients who book consultations before June 10 will receive priority onboarding and waived joining fees.
