The Postal Authority takes all measures to facilitate the disbursement of financial dues to citizens. Before ”Eid al-Adha
Dalia Al-Baz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Postal Authority, confirmed that the Authority has taken all the necessary preparations and measures to ensure the regularity of the disbursement of pensions, irregular labor dues, in addition to pensions transferred from the Insurance Authority, through postal outlets at the level of the Republic, to ensure the facilitation of disbursements and the provision of all services to citizens with ease and convenience.
Dalia Al-Baz explained that the Authority has raised the degree of readiness in all operational sectors, and strengthened the readiness of the human and technological work system, to ensure the regularity of the disbursement of financial dues to citizens, with high efficiency and reduce intensities and congestion, especially with the increase in turnout rates during the current period in conjunction with the approach of Eid al-Adha.
Dalia Al-Baz added that the disbursement of dues is proceeding regularly and well in all outlets, to ensure the completion of the disbursement work before the blessed Eid al-Adha, as the disbursement of the irregular labor grant and the cases transferred from the Insurance Authority began as of last Thursday, with total amounts of money estimated at about one and a half billion pounds, and in order to facilitate pensioners, the disbursement of pensions will begin as of Saturday, May 23, with total amounts estimated at about 10 billion pounds; in addition to the disbursement of salaries, Takaful, dignity and money transfers of all kinds, as part of the Authority's efforts to provide services to citizens easily and conveniently as soon as possible.
Dalia Al-Baz issued directives to all the leaders of the Authority, on the need for continuous coordination between the various sectors of the Authority, intensifying the field follow-up and following up the regularity of the movement of work, and overcoming any obstacles that employees may face while performing their work and listening to citizens' complaints, if any, to ensure the smoothness of disbursement processes and providing services with efficiency, stressing the Authority's full keenness to facilitate citizens' access to services, especially the elderly pensioners, and provide the necessary support to them to ensure that they receive their dues easily, stressing that the Authority continues to perform its national and community role as one of the most important outlets for providing services to citizens in various governorates, while continuing to develop the Authority's services and provide the best level of Service to citizens throughout the Republic.
