Amin Siraj: The real estate market needs a unified entity that ensures professionalism and continuous coordination.
Eng. Amin Serag, Managing Director of Hyde Park Real Estate Development, affirmed that the proposal to establish a unified entity for real estate developers represents a significant step towards reorganizing the Egyptian real estate market on a more professional and transparent basis, especially given the substantial growth the sector has witnessed in recent years.
Serag stated that the government's initiative to create a unified entity for real estate developers will help regulate the market and establish clear standards for companies based on their technical and financial capabilities, thereby enhancing the sector's efficiency and protecting clients. He commended the government's cooperation with developers. He added that Founders Real Estate Marketing, a subsidiary of Hyde Park Real Estate Development, regularly participates in meetings organized by the Ministry of Housing and other relevant authorities, emphasizing that these meetings contribute to fostering integration and the exchange of expertise among companies.
Eng. Serag concluded his remarks by stressing that a unified regulatory body for real estate developers will create a more competitive environment among serious companies, based on quality of execution, commitment, and technical competence. This, he asserted, will directly contribute to raising the standard of Egyptian real estate products and strengthening the confidence of clients and investors in the market.
