Byit, the Egyptian PropTech startup revolutionizing real estate brokerage, has officially launched its operations in the UAE, marking a major milestone in its regional expansion. Following a successful strategic funding round led by A15 and Beltone Holding, the company is introducing a new suite of AI-powered tools designed to facilitate cross-border transactions and empower brokers with data-driven insights.
The expansion includes the establishment of Byit Ventures in the UAE, acting as a strategic link between Egypt’s real estate supply and international demand from GCC investors. By leveraging AI for lead matching and real-time market analysis, Byit aims to streamline the lifecycle of real estate deals, providing its network of over 40,000 independent brokers and 450 developers with the digital infrastructure needed to close deals faster and more transparently.
