Yassin Mansour Ranks Among Forbes’ Top 25 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in MENA for 2026
Yassin Mansour, Chairman and Group CEO of Palm Hills Developments, has secured the 21st position on Forbes Middle East’s "Most Influential Real Estate Leaders" list for 2026. This recognition follows a stellar fiscal performance in 2025, where Palm Hills achieved $4.5 billion in new contractual sales and reported total assets of $3.6 billion. Mansour, whose personal net worth is estimated at $1.4 billion as of March 2026, has been instrumental in scaling the company’s land bank to 38 million square meters across Egypt and the UAE.
A key milestone for 2026 is the landmark joint development agreement signed in January with the Egyptian Kuwaiti Company. This partnership aims to develop a massive 1.4 million square meter project in West Cairo, with projected sales expected to reach $3.8 billion. The project underscores Palm Hills' strategy of leveraging high-value partnerships to drive revenue and expand its footprint in prime residential and commercial hubs.
