Samsung Introduces Real-Time ‘Audio Eraser’ Feature with Galaxy S26 Series

Samsung has unveiled a major upgrade to its Audio Eraser feature with the launch of the Galaxy S26 Series, marking a significant step forward in AI-powered audio technology.

Originally introduced with the Galaxy S25 Series for post-recording audio editing, the feature has steadily evolved across devices such as the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7, where it enabled playback-level adjustments within native apps like Gallery and Voice Recorder.

With the Galaxy S26 lineup, Audio Eraser now supports real-time audio control, allowing users to filter and optimize sound while streaming content across social media and over-the-top (OTT) platforms.

The feature leverages an advanced AI sound engine capable of separating voices, music, and background noise instantly. This enables users to enhance dialogue clarity, reduce unwanted noise, and create a more immersive listening experience without the need for post-processing.

Users can access Audio Eraser directly through the Quick Panel while watching videos, making it possible to adjust sound settings on the fly. Controls such as “Strength” for noise reduction and “Voice Focus” for clearer speech provide a more customized and professional-grade audio experience.

The upgrade reflects a broader shift from traditional “fix-it-later” editing tools to real-time audio personalization, reinforcing Samsung’s push toward intelligent, AI-driven user experiences.
