TMG Unveils ”The Spine”: A EGP 1.4 Trillion Smart Mega-Project to Redefine New Cairo’s Economic Landscape
Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), has officially launched "The Spine," a monumental integrated development in New Cairo with total investments exceeding EGP 1.4 trillion. Announced during a press conference at the Cabinet headquarters, the project is poised to become a vital economic engine for Egypt, projected to generate approximately EGP 880 billion in tax revenues and create over 155,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Hisham Talaat Moustafa emphasized that "The Spine" represents a strategic move to bolster Egypt’s economy amidst global shifts. The development is designed as a 100% car-free city, with 70% of its total area dedicated to open green spaces and integrated services. Built on a foundation of sustainability and AI-driven infrastructure, the project positions New Cairo as a premier global destination for high-tech living and investment, reflecting a vision of "Knowledge Cities" that balance urban growth with environmental integrity.
