Orange Egypt Announces Free International Calls to Lebanon in Solidarity Initiative
In a move to support its customers amidst ongoing regional developments, Orange Egypt has announced a new initiative providing free international calling minutes to Lebanon.
The initiative, launched in coordination with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), aims to facilitate communication and ensure customers can stay connected with their families and loved ones during the current period.

According to an official statement released on the company’s social media platforms, the offer includes:
Duration: Three consecutive days.
Daily Allowance: 5 free international minutes per day.
Start Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Orange Egypt emphasized that this step is rooted in its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). By lowering communication barriers during crises, the company seeks to provide vital support to its subscriber base and strengthen ties between Egyptian residents and their relatives abroad.
"Our priority is to empower our customers and provide them with the peace of mind they need to check on their families in Lebanon," the company stated in its announcement.
The company further noted that standard terms and conditions apply to the service. This initiative follows a pattern of humanitarian responses by major telecommunications providers in the region to leverage technology for social stability during emergency situations.
