Fouad explained that the company is currently implementing an ambitious plan focused on developing integrated urban projects in several prominent new cities in East and West Cairo, with investments approaching EGP 4 billion. This reflects the company's confidence in the strength of the Egyptian real estate market and its capacity to absorb further high-quality investments in the coming period, particularly given the genuine and growing demand for integrated real estate products.

These projects were designed according to an integrated vision that adheres to the highest standards of quality and modern urban planning, thus achieving genuine added value for clients and enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market.

Fouad added that the company's strength is not based solely on the size of its investments or the diversity of its projects, but also extends to the strong strategic partnerships it has forged with many of the leading companies operating in the real estate services and tourism investment sectors.

Fouad Ali emphasized that the group also encompasses diverse activities in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and development, which gives the company a comprehensive investment dimension that enhances its ability to offer diverse and innovative real estate products.

Fouad pointed out that the company aims, through this phase, to introduce a new concept of real estate development based on the integration of quality, location, design, and management. He emphasized that clients have become more discerning and sophisticated in their choice of real estate, which motivates the company to offer projects that go beyond mere construction to creating integrated urban communities that deliver a high quality of life.

Fouad concluded by affirming that the Egyptian Housing and Development Company is steadily progressing towards strengthening its market position, focusing on well-planned expansion and building long-term trust with its clients.
