Hyde Park Real Estate Development and RMC Worldwide Partners launch ”Art for All” at the American University
Hyde Park Developments, one of Egypt’s leading integrated community developers, announced the launch of its “Art for All” initiative in collaboration with RMC World Wide Partners. This initiative reflects Hyde Park’s ongoing commitment to supporting the cultural and artistic landscape and enhancing the presence of art in the daily lives of the community. Hyde Park is dedicated to investing in the development of individuals and society.
The initiative, which will take place at the American University in Cairo’s Tahrir campus, features a diverse program of concerts, artistic performances, and theatrical productions carefully selected to appeal to a wide range of tastes and interests.
The first event, a concert by artist Medhat Saleh, is scheduled for April 24th, marking the beginning of a series of monthly artistic, musical, and theatrical events designed to offer a rich and comprehensive cultural experience.
The “Art for All” initiative aims to revive the fine arts and reintegrate cultural entertainment into everyday life, creating a more accessible and impactful artistic experience for the public.
This initiative also comes within the framework of supporting the state's efforts to revive and strengthen Egyptian identity by offering cultural and artistic activities and experiences that contribute to developing artistic appreciation and enriching the cultural life of society.
Commenting on this, Professor Hala Abdel Wadoud, Head of External Relations, Communication, and Corporate Social Responsibility at Hyde Park Developments, said: “Egypt remains a leading soft power in the fields of culture and arts throughout history, reflecting the depth of its civilizational heritage and its continued ability to influence creative awareness locally and regionally.
From this perspective, we at Hyde Park are keen to support and enhance this heritage through initiatives that aim to provide the public with the opportunity to interact with Egyptian arts and draw upon its rich history, in line with the state's direction towards maximizing the role of culture in human development and strengthening identity.”
Hala Abdel Wadoud added, “We see the arts as a humanistic means capable of making a profound impact on societal awareness, not merely as a tool for entertainment. Through the ‘Art for All’ initiative, we seek to offer an experience that reinforces this human dimension and contributes to consolidating Egyptian identity.”
