PRE Group partners with 8 global hotel brands to boost its investment portfolio with 10,000 hotel rooms and units.
PRE Group announced that it will sign a series of strategic partnerships with eight leading international hotel brands in the coming weeks to develop and operate eight hotels as part of its major projects. This move aims to boost its total hospitality capacity by approximately 10,000 rooms and hotel units.
This step reflects the company's commitment to providing integrated real estate products to international standards, in line with Egypt's vision to increase its hotel sector and support future tourism targets. The units will include 4,000 hotel rooms and 6,000 fully serviced hotel apartments, distributed across various locations in Egypt, including Cairo (Hadaba, Ivoire East, Ivoire West, and BBD projects), the North Coast (Telal North Coast project), Ain Sokhna (Telal Sokhna project), and Marsa Alam.
Through this expansion, the company aims to maximize the investment value of its real estate projects, believing that integrating the hospitality sector with residential and administrative projects directly contributes to increasing the market value of assets and ensuring sustainable returns.
This step also aims to enrich the customer experience by offering a comprehensive package of upscale hotel services and world-class facilities within the projects, thus elevating the quality of life and lifestyle.
The company is scheduled to begin implementing this ambitious plan by launching the first phase with three hotels in the “Telal Ain Sokhna” project, paving the way for the actual operation of the group’s first hotels within a year and a half. This reflects the operational readiness and rapid pace of execution that the group follows in its projects.
PRE Group CEO Waleed Zaki stated, “Our partnership with leading international hotel brands stems primarily from our commitment to providing an exceptional lifestyle for our clients. We strive to offer a complete living experience supported by hotel services and recreational facilities of international standards within our projects.
This step represents a fundamental pillar in our strategy to transform real estate units into investment assets with continuous added value. We leverage the company’s diverse land portfolio and the strategic locations of our projects, which ensure the highest levels of luxury alongside sustainable investment returns.”
Zaki added, “This collaboration supports the state’s efforts to develop the tourism sector and enhance Egypt’s position on the global tourism map, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. It also solidifies PRE Group’s position as a leading model in innovation and integrated real estate development that meets the aspirations of both the local and international markets.”
These signings are the result of a strategic agreement and a comprehensive study conducted by Colliers International with PRE Group last year.
The study aimed to develop the group’s portfolio of hotels and resorts by covering 12 major projects in five key areas, including East and West Cairo, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Marsa Alam. The goal was to select the best international operators and ensure that each project is tailored to its specific location, according to the highest international standards. This will enhance the company’s flexibility in offering innovative hospitality products that will place Egypt prominently on the international tourism map and support the state’s plans to expand hotel capacity.
