Turkish Real Estate Giant Emlak Konut Enters Saudi Arabia with Luxury ”Hayat Makkah” Project
Emlak Konut, Turkey’s largest real estate development company, has officially announced its strategic entry into the Saudi Arabian market. Marking its debut at the Umrah and Ziarah Forum, the company unveiled its inaugural Saudi venture, "Hayat Makkah," a high-end residential development located in the prestigious Mecca Gate zone.
Chairman Ertan Keleş emphasized that this expansion aligns with the Kingdom’s growing demand for premium accommodation, particularly for residents and visiting pilgrims. The "Hayat Makkah" project will feature 1,014 luxury villas, with unit sizes ranging from 150 to 5,000 square meters. Leveraging over 70 years of expertise and a track record of delivering 100,000 units in Turkey, Emlak Konut aims to set a new benchmark for luxury living in the city’s western expansion. Keleş also confirmed that negotiations are underway for a second project with housing authorities, alongside a third major development planned for Jeddah.
