Mayar Naguib Appointed Head of Corporate Reputation, Sustainability and PR at e& Egypt

Mayar Naguib has joined e& Egypt as Head of Corporate Reputation, Sustainability and PR, in addition to overseeing the operations of the e& Egypt Foundation for Community Development, established in 2013. This appointment comes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its corporate communications strategy and expand the impact of its sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.

Naguib brings over 20 years of experience across corporate communications, public relations, marketing, and community development. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles within major international organizations, where she led strategic communications initiatives and high-impact media campaigns that enhanced brand presence and reinforced institutional positioning.

Prior to joining e& Egypt, Naguib served as the Director of Communications and CSR at Telecom Egypt (WE). She also held the position of Head of Communications for Egypt and the Levant region at Philip Morris International, in addition to leading External Communications at Valeo Egypt as the Country Communications Director. Earlier in her career, she served as Country Marketing and PR Manager at Intel across Egypt, the Levant, and North Africa, and held communications and PR roles at Giesecke+Devrient and Lufthansa.

In her new role, and under the leadership of Eng. Ahmed Imbabi, Director of Brand, Marketing Communication, Corporate Reputation and Research at e& Egypt, Mayar Naguib will lead the development and execution of the company’s corporate communications strategy, further strengthening its corporate reputation and brand positioning in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030. She will also oversee CSR initiatives across education, healthcare, community development, sustainability, and digital empowerment.

Naguib specializes in crisis management and integrated communications campaigns. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the American University in Cairo, with a minor in Business Administration and Psychology.
