Ministry of Housing: Providing additional units in the third residential district (R3) and the fifth residential district (R5) in the New Administrative Capital
In line with the directives of the political leadership to provide suitable housing for state administrative employees relocating to the New Administrative Capital, and given the increased number of applicants for housing units in the third residential district (R3) exceeding the number of units made available and allocated,
the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the availability of additional housing units in the third residential district (R3). The Ministry also stated that units in the fifth residential district (R5) will be made available to accommodate all applicants working in the New Administrative Capital who have paid the reservation deposit, as there are not enough units available in the R3 project. The start date for reservations will be announced soon.
