Future Egypt Agency Explores Partnership with Ministry of Finance to Boost National Projects and Private Sector Participation

Dr. Bahaa El-Ghannam, Executive Director of the Future Egypt Agency, met today with Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, at the agency’s headquarters to discuss enhanced cooperation aimed at supporting Egypt’s sustainable development agenda.

The meeting focused on several key areas, including promoting national economic growth, increasing employment opportunities, and encouraging investments that generate sustainable jobs for youth. Discussions also covered mechanisms to develop small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and expand private sector participation in developmental projects, aligned with the state’s fiscal policies and Egypt Vision 2030 objectives.

Minister Ahmed Kouchouk highlighted the ministry’s eagerness to coordinate with the Future Egypt Agency across activities that support and strengthen national economic growth. He emphasized the importance of implementing projects capable of creating sustainable employment, facilitating private sector involvement across investment opportunities, and maximizing the utilization of state financial resources and assets to diversify income sources and increase productivity.

Dr. Bahaa El-Ghannam underlined that collaboration with the Ministry of Finance represents a significant step toward accelerating comprehensive development. He affirmed the agency’s commitment to implementing national projects with lasting economic and social impact, leveraging state resources efficiently, creating an attractive investment environment, and expanding private sector engagement as a key partner in the development process—ultimately generating real job opportunities for youth and supporting the national economy.
