Dubai Chamber of Commerce Holds 13 Strategic Meetings to Strengthen Business Resilience

Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, has continued its series of expanded engagements with business groups and councils as part of its ongoing efforts to monitor the business landscape amid current global developments. The initiative aims to anticipate future trends and enhance effective mechanisms to support all sectors in navigating emerging challenges.

During the past week, the chamber organized 13 meetings with business groups and councils under its umbrella, bringing together 127 private sector representatives. The meetings focused on ensuring business continuity and sector resilience under current conditions, while also identifying practical and rapid solutions to address emerging challenges.

These efforts are being carried out in close coordination with relevant government entities to ensure the smooth flow of business operations and to reinforce the strength of the national economic ecosystem amid rapid regional and global changes.

Participants from various business groups and councils expressed strong confidence in Dubai’s economic resilience and its ability to efficiently adapt to global shifts. They also praised the government’s supportive policies and the integrated efforts of relevant stakeholders in enhancing business readiness and ensuring seamless access to essential services.

The participants further highlighted the importance of effective public-private sector collaboration in Dubai, describing it as a globally recognized model that strengthens the business environment and supports private sector performance—ultimately accelerating trade and investment flows in response to evolving global conditions.

Driving Sustainable Economic Growth

Commenting on the initiative, H.E. Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said:
“Constructive and effective dialogue with Dubai’s business community is a cornerstone for sustaining the emirate’s economic growth and enhancing its resilience in adapting to ongoing global changes. We continue to intensify collaboration with the private sector and maintain direct coordination with all relevant stakeholders to provide the necessary support for businesses to operate efficiently and competitively, ensuring continuity and seamless operations across all sectors despite current global challenges.”

The recent meetings included business councils representing various investor nationalities in Dubai, such as the American, French, Italian, and Irish Business Councils, as well as the Austrian, Swiss, Russian, Australian, and Spanish Business Councils.

In addition, the chamber met with several business groups representing key economic sectors, including insurance, bottled water, automotive agencies, and the paper and tissue manufacturing industries.
