NTRA Issues Guidelines for Telecom Retail Outlet Working Hours During Eid Al-Fitr Holiday
The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has announced new guidelines regulating the working hours of telecom service providers’ retail outlets during the upcoming Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
According to the statement, all retail outlets of telecom operators across Egypt will be closed on the first day of Eid Al-Fitr.
Starting from the second day of Eid and until the end of the holiday period, retail outlets will operate daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM to serve customers.
The NTRA also clarified that outlets located داخل shopping malls and sports clubs must adhere to the official working hours set by those respective venues.
These measures aim to ensure the continuity of telecom services while accommodating the holiday schedule and facilitating customer access to essential services during the festive period.
