Medbank partners with Visa and Modubpay to launch the Visa Platinum Cashback credit card with exclusive benefits.
MedBank has announced the launch of a new Visa Platinum Cashback credit card in collaboration with Visa, a global leader in payments technology, and Modupay, its technology partner specializing in payment solutions. This initiative reflects MedBank's commitment to providing a range of exclusive benefits tailored to the lifestyles of its distinguished clientele, meeting their needs and enhancing their banking experience both locally and internationally.
This step aligns with MedBank's strategy to expand its banking services and offer more accessible and flexible innovative financial solutions, supported by Visa's extensive global network.
The Visa Platinum Cashback credit card is designed to offer a balanced combination of the unique services enjoyed by Visa Gold and Visa Signature cardholders.
The new card offers a wide range of competitive benefits, most notably 5% cashback on all local transactions made with the card, a competitive interest rate, a grace period of up to 58 days on purchases paid in full, and the option to pay in installments over periods ranging from 6 to 36 months at preferential interest rates.
The card also allows you to instantly access 100% of your credit limit in cash through the "Loan on Phone" service, with flexible repayment options including a minimum 5% payment or full repayment.
Other benefits include the issuance of up to three supplementary cards, the highest security standards for electronic transactions through one-time passwords (OTPs), contactless payment, and free SMS alerts for all transactions.
The MedBank Visa Platinum Cashback card offers its holders exclusive global benefits, most notably access to over 25 airport lounges worldwide, discounts on hotels and international car rentals, medical and travel support services, and special offers on restaurants and entertainment experiences.
