The Ministry of Housing has revealed details of its new offering of investment land plots in new cities through the immediate allocation system.
The Ministry is offering 80 plots of land in 29 new cities during March.
The land plots are designated for various activities, including integrated urban development, commercial, administrative, recreational, and educational projects. The highest price per square meter was recorded in Hadayek October at EGP 35,365 for commercial use, while the lowest price was recorded in New Tayba at EGP 1,990 for warehousing.
