Hisham Okasha Appointed Chairman of CI Capital Holding Representing Banque Misr
The Board of Directors of CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments has approved the appointment of Hisham Ahmed Okasha as Chairman of the company, representing Banque Misr.
In a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange, the company stated that the decision comes as part of a broader restructuring of its board of directors and efforts to strengthen governance within the group, which is considered one of the leading non-bank financial services providers in the Egyptian market.
CI Capital reported a net profit of approximately EGP 1.51 billion during the period from January to the end of December 2025, compared with about EGP 2.22 billion in the same period of 2024, taking minority interests into account.
The company’s revenues rose to around EGP 10.23 billion in 2025, up from EGP 10.08 billion recorded during the comparable period of the previous year.
